3. No Employment, Visa Approval, or Outcome Guarantee
Northspire is not a job placement agency, visa placement agency, or guarantor of any immigration outcome. We have no relationships with employers and do not guarantee:
Approval of any visa application
Issuance of any visa, work permit, or other immigration document
Specific processing times
That any client will qualify for any specific visa category
All visa decisions are made solely by USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, IRCC, or other government authorities. Any opinions or assessments shared during a consultation are general informational discussion and not predictions, promises, or legal opinions.
4. The $100 Consultation
Our paid consultation is a $100, 30-minute video or phone meeting. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via Stripe. The consultation is general in nature — it does not establish an attorney-client relationship and does not include legal advice.
5. Custom Service Quotes
If you choose to proceed beyond the consultation, we will send you a written quote tailored to your situation. Pricing for any subsequent services is determined individually and disclosed in writing before you commit. Government fees, attorney fees, and third-party costs are itemized separately.
6. Partner Attorneys
Northspire works with two independent US immigration law firms. When legal services are required, the client enters into a separate engagement directly with the attorney. Northspire does not share or split legal fees with attorneys in violation of state bar rules.
7. Client Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information submitted in your visa application
You agree to make your own decisions regarding immigration matters, with the assistance of licensed counsel where applicable
8. Limitation of Liability
Northspire's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client to Northspire. Northspire is not liable for: visa refusals, denied entries, processing delays, third-party fees, attorney fees, government fee changes, or any consequential damages of any kind. We make no warranties express or implied beyond what is explicitly stated in a written service agreement.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: provide false information, attempt to use our services for fraudulent immigration applications, scrape or copy site content, or impersonate another person.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

Refund Policy

$100 Consultation — Refund Terms
Refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your consultation, you receive a full refund of the $100 fee, processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, no-shows, and consultations that have already taken place are non-refundable.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can reschedule directly through the link in your Calendly confirmation email. To cancel and request a refund (more than 24 hours before your appointment), email info@northspireimmigration.com from the email address used to book the consultation.
Custom Services (After Consultation)
Refund terms for any custom services engaged after consultation are set out in the individual service agreement signed for that engagement. Each engagement has its own terms based on the work involved.
Government and Third-Party Fees
Government filing fees (USCIS, US State Department, IRCC) and any third-party fees (attorneys, document services) are paid directly to those parties and are not refundable through Northspire. Refund eligibility for those fees is governed by the policies of the respective agencies and providers.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at info@northspireimmigration.com may result in suspension of services. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and quickly.
